First Course
CRAB & SHRIMP FONDUE - Sweet garlic shrimp and succulent crabmeat baked in an "Alfredo Fondue" with roasted red and yellow peppers and focaccia crisps.

Second Course
OLIVE & GOAT CHEESE BRUSCHETTA - Warm garlic toast with creamy goat cheese, kalamata olives, arugula, roasted red peppers, tomatoes and olive oil
STEAK ALFREDO BRUSCHETTA - Filet mignon served on focaccia, with gorgonzola cheese, carmelized onions and a decadent balsami drizzle

Third Course
SPICY LOBSTER SALAD - Spicy butter sauteed lobster, avocado, and tropical fruit melange, over mixed greens & citrus vanilla vinaigrette
